Study included twenty-three postmenopausal women underwent inferior dermaglandular flap free-nipple-grafting, between September 2015 January 2020. Utilizing technique free-nipple-graft mammaplasty provides more aesthetically pleasing shape contour. It helps achieve an effortless preoperative planning straightforward high obese women.
